Shipping Charges

🔄 Returns & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You received a different product than what you ordered.
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is required for claims of damage/defect/missing items.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

💳 Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
